Default Problem w/ new swap

Backstory:
92 EG hasn't been driven since sometime in 2004, previous owner spun a bearing in the b18c5 that was swapped in it. It sat in storage for about 5 years and its been in my garage now for 4 years. About 8 weeks ago i purchased a b16b and did a light overhaul. Everything that i could replace gasket wise besides the headgasket has been replaced, new timing belt, new waterpump, new clutch etc..

Finished the swap last week and it fired right up on the first try (no fires ). The basic problem that i'm having is that when driving up and down the street, once you start climbing up to about 20mph in first the car shudders (almost like it has run out of gas), if you shift and give it some gas it will go but i haven't really been able to take the car past 30 to see if its happening above that.

I'm not throwing any codes, the car has a chipped p28 and it's setup for obd1. The plugs look good, plug wires are good, dizzy is good, i've checked all of the ground wires.. My thoughts are that maybe its bad gas. The gauge says there is about 1/4 of a tank, I put about 3 gallons in it last week but i have no idea how much and how old the gas is that was in the car prior. Besides gas what are some other things that i can try out, i'm running out of ideas.

So do you have enough gas in the tank? I recall someone else having this issue and it has something to do with a sensor. It has nothing to do with the engine but deals with the gas tank.

Gauge says i have about 1/4 of a tank. I guess it's possible that the gauge is off. I will try putting in another 2 gallons. I'm cautious to fill it up in the event that i need to drain it.

This.
Put some fuel conditioner in the tank and see what happens,
as you said it had been sitting for 4 years.

Drained gas, changed out the fuel filter, put in new plugs.... Fired it up, no Bueno. Did some more searching and came across someone mentioning recalibrate the tps. Instead of that I just swapped one from the old motor. I fired it up and gave it gas and got a cel...I forgot to plug the tps in and it ran better.... So then I realize that maybe I've got the map and tps swapped. So I swap the plugs and boom everything works perfectly now!!!!
