Default problem with B series swap

Here is the problem. We have put a obdII b16 SI swap in a obdI hatch. The motor has a obdI ex harness but we are not getting any fire on any of the plugs. I have swapped the distributor three times and nothing. Can someone tell me anything that the think the problem may be.

Thanks in advanced

I have searched around and have not really been able to come up with anything. Some people I have talked to are saying it could be grounds but I figured I would asked the geniouses also.

If this is in the wrong section, sorry.
