Hi I have an 89 civic dx.I plan on getting an b16a(ODB 0) head complete,GSR block and b16a cable tranny.The head and block will be stock until later down the road.Here are my questions.

1.Does it matter which gsr block I use 94-01
2.Which ecu should I use.
3.What do I need to make this swap work.
4.What kind of HP and TQ will I get will this setup all stock.

OBD0 PR3 or PW0 would be the easiest.

That's too subjective, I would estimate 160-170ish whp with a good build and bolt-ons.

What is the difference between the pr3 and the pwo

 

PW0 ecu is from civic/crx and the PR3 ecu was from the integra. No real differences between the two besides the car they came from.
