Poly-urethane engine mounts for engine swap? Should I?
while I have the engine befor I put it in should I install a set of Poly-urethane motor mount inserts? I figure for like $35 I should just do it now while it's out. Anyone have these and have any views on the importance of them? Thanks for the input.

well im not using them but they are supposed to increase response
but they hurt your idle/ride because the engine is connected more stabily to the chassy.

wether the motor is on the ground, in the air, on the boat or in the car, it doesnt make it any easier or harder to install them. im running the red rear insert- it increase's motor response, but it doesnt vibe at idle

I've got the ES mount inserts in my car. It vibrates, but i've grown used to it. Had to ditch the change tray though that rattling change was driving me insane.
