Hello everyone so I’m having a problem with my 1998 civic hatchback has a f20b swap and it’s obd1 wired I’m not getting power to fuel pump I already switched the main relay before I switched it it would blow fuse 13 a 15 amp fuse for the fuel pump inside the cab but after I changed the main relay won’t blow it anymore but still won’t turn on and get no power to fuel pump… also a question checking should I get full 12 v voltage at the fuse 13 when checking at the fuse or should I just get 12v for 2 secs intermidiet while fuel pump primes?? Thank you btw I changed the ecu and still same problem so not ecu or main relay thank you all for the help
