Please post your set-ups and how much everything cost.
I'm hoping to one day join the hybrid scene, I'm more of a dreamer right now but hey, what's wrong with dreaming???? Could you guys please post how much everything ran you including the cost of your car and if you did the work yourself or not. I'm very interested to see what I would be getting into if I did decide to join in the hybriding fun one day; I just wish I could right now !!! Anyone want to give me an engine that's around Ohio?
TIA

You're going pay a fist full for a swap around here because there are very few places that do them. Go buy a hatch and I'll throw your GSR motor and suspension in it for a few hundred dollars!

Yeah there are hardly any shops around here and I bet Passen would charge some CRAZY amount to put an engine in. If I ever get to do a swap I would like to try to do it myself because it would be an excellent learning experience.

man, if you gotta ask you cant afford it. my car still needs the swap put in and some misc. peices parts but i would guess i have about $5k, that is 89 rust free hatch, custom paint(done myself), b16a, ys1/lsd trans, type r cams, falken azenias, old school rota rims, nuespeed coils, tokiko blues, new wind sheild, hasport mounts, hondata intake manifold gasket, mics. maintence and trim peices, jdm front end, by the time i am done i will have close to $6.5 or so. just try to do it all cash, that is the only way to do it.
