I put a 00 d16y8 in my 98 civic HB. The only code I get is the secondary o2 sensor. I dont have the secondary o2 sensor hooked up like Ive always done and im not worried about that. The problem is that the motor is running at a real low rpm and when gassed it kinda bogges out and slowly picks up. I drove it down the street and it also back fires. Any ideas. As far as I know everything s hooked up write.

come on guys, Ive checked everything. the rotor, cap, wires, plugs, gap on plugs, timing, harness. Ive got a 96-98 wire harness and ecu on the 00 motor. The tps was broke off when the motor was installed but I soldered the wires on and theres no code for the tps so I guess its alright. I have another tb coming to replace the broken tps too. Any ideas???
