Specs:
MSD SCI (4 years OLD)
NEW SS BLASTER COIL
NEW ACURA DISTR.
NEW SPARK PLUG & WIRE
NEW CAP & ROTOR
I have a 96 ITR Motor and when it's trying to pass 4500 RPM it starts to Rev. up slowly and the RPM jumps up and down. The car feels like it trying very hard to rev.

Do you think it's my MSD? it's the only item I have not change yet?

 

sounds like your ecu is going into lump mode

do you have any check engine lights?

 

My check Engine Light Bulb is out so I do not know.

If it is my ECU, what should I do?

um ... replace the bulb.

And you could try to have a mechanic check the ecu.
If you have a spare (and working) one lying around, swap it out.

Standard rules of troubleshooting also apply.

 

I just replaced the bulb no CEL's.

People tell me it's the ignitor????
