Please help!
i have a ls motor in a civic i just did the timing belt tensionor and water pump, my friend timed it he said he new how but now my car will not start..any ideas??

set it to top dead center and see if the crank/cams are lined up good....do it by hand with a socket, dont chance starting it if you think the timing is off, could do damage to valves/pistons....if i had a dollar for everytime i knew someone who said they knew how to set timing and f-ed things up (myself included)....id have about 4 dollars. always roll the crank a couple revolutions and recheck timing before starting the car.

ok so i did that it still wont start but i know its timed correctly but now im pullin the motor and have a few more questions, i have an obd2 gsr swap that im throwing in into a 2000 ex but the car it has been converted to obd1 what should i do about the harness?
