P28 B18C1 noise and loss of power
Car: 2000 Civic SiR (US Si)
Engine: GSR B18C1 (P28 ECU with ITR chip)
Pulled CEL codes:
14 - idle air control valve
15 - ignition output signal
16 - fuel injectors
17 - speed sensor
18 - ????
61 - primary oxygen sensor
What happened:
Start my car and the engine is making a whining sort of noise, upon further inspection, the bulk of the noise seems to be coming from my cold air intake (password:jdm) which is connected to a skunk2 pro series intake manifold and it seems to be sucking a lot of air.
Also smells faintly of fuel, but nothing leaking to my knowledge. Driving around, the sound is gone when my foot is down on the accelerator, but comes back whenever I let off.
Also feels like a loss of power, especially noticeable when going uphill. The only thing I've done recently that might have had an effect was switching from 94 octane back to shell 91,
I always fill up at shell but I was running low so I got 94 one time and this is within 70km (45mi) since switching back to shell 91. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

New swap with problem or old swap that ran well until recently?
Reset the ECU to clear the codes. Which of the codes return after running the engine?

About a year old swap that ran well until recently. Took the 7.5A back-up fuse out for a couple minutes, put it back in and checked for codes again, still all the same codes.

Re: P28 B18C1 noise and loss of power
Wait a second, the codes I pulled were flashing from the ABS light, and after I plugged the P72 in to pull codes again, I got the same codes from the ABS light plus I got a 20, 21, 41 flashing simultaneously from the CEL. I'm really confused now...

Hmm that would explain why I got code 18, weird that I needed a different ECU to read those codes. Either way thanks for the help, my intake is very loud and it definitely smells of fuel, probably just gonna take it to my mechanic.
