P14 H23 ECU with B16 in 00 EK.. Possible?

Is it possible to chip/flash a P14 H23 non-vtec ECU and have it work with a B16 in a 00 EK with an OBD2B->OBD1 conversion harness? I searched but didnt see anything about Prelude ecu's working. Thanks in advanced!

you would need to add the egr system to teh b16a and also manually install teh vtec hardware into the p14.
