P13 Code 14
Im throwing Code 14 Idle Air Control Valve. Im using P13 ecu. I converted my car to OBD1, and im using the dx engine harness. So on the engine harness for that sensor theres an orange, yellow/black, and black/blue wires. I wired up yellow/black to yellow/black, and black/blue to black/blue. And I did not connect the orange wire. Then I tried to hook the black/blue wire to the orange wire and that still didnt work. So Im still throwing code 14. What should I do.

You probably need to get a two wire IACV like the H22 should have stock, and make sure black/blue goes to A9.
Anyway you can try that out?

I am using the 2 wire IACV but my harness just happened to have 3 wires because it was obd2.

well then disregard the orange wire all together.
Make sure black/blue goes to A9. Yellow/black should already be going to a power from the junction connector, if it's not, try wiring it to A25.
If both of those are right, I'd say you've got a bad sensor.
Maybe you're in the same boat as me....You know the wiring is right, you know the sensor is good, and it's still throwing the stupid code

Well I never ran the IACV anywhere i just extended the wires so the sensor on the harness would connect to the sensor on the motor if you know what I mean. So I did not run anything back to the ecu for the IACV. So what you are suggesting is that I run the black/blue wire to A9.

Jon has it all down
I would suggest making sure it's to the A9 pinout and making sure there is continuity thru the Yel/Black wire.
Also, grab a multimeter and see if voltage is going thru A9 as well.
