Might need some help here. When I bought the car the previous owner had to manually wire in the IAC, since the wires were missing at the ECU. Unfortunately he did it the "quick and easy" way by running wires through the door jam, over the engine bay to the IAC valve. I'm trying to tidy everything up.

After pulling all the tape off of the wiring in the car, I have found the cut orange wire for the IAC Negative that is supposed to go to pin #13. The main black/blue wire for the IACV that goes to pin #12 is still where it's supposed to be. I cannot find the other black/blue wire for pin #14 inside the car. (IACV positive)

However, the three wires coming off of the connector at the IAC are Orange, black/blue, and yellow/black. Am I missing something here? I'm going by the OBD2a pinout here:
