this is a ITR manifold on a b16 sir II jdm 1993 engine.

1) here you can see two metal things the far one is connected to my brake booster which i think is right what does the other one connect to?(the one that is covered with the plastic cap

2) also when i was connecting this sensor i accidently popped off the plastic black cap off this sensor did i break it or is it suppose to come that easily, i just pushed it back on.

that cap or fitting is nothing to worry about you have it all connected right. i have the same on my motor.
