Default oil filter

simple question - I have 2 Honda oil filters for a 98 civic LX, do they fit on the JDM H22?? I have a couple from my sister that she doesn't need, so I just wanted ta check...

yes, all honda oil filters are the same. honda just recently changed to a smaller oil filter but there is no difference. any oem honda oil filter will work on any honda.

they make it simple

Thats what I thought... I was at the dealer a few months back for some oil filters for my 2002 and they changed them to be smaller and all cars were to use the new filters except the S2000 which still uses the larger. Thats what the guy said anyways...
