Default ODB2 to ODB1 distributor converting problem

ok, ive done it before on a y8 dist to convert it to odb1. but now i tried it on a odb2 LS distributor using an odb1 civic plug, and ran into a funny problem. the odb1 plug has an extra wire where the LS dist doesnt (see pics below)

pic of ODB2 LS dist plug

pic of extra wire on odb1 plug

another pic of the location of the extra wire

so this wire is missing on the ODB2 LS plug. wtf is it used for on the ODB1 plug. all the others match up perfect and they are all used in teh LS dist. wtf is this extra on the odb1 plug?

That wire shows like it is not a stock wire. But, green is igniter.

That is a civic harness, unless someone added it, it was never there from Honda
