Default OBD2 IAB question

i have a 00 gsr and my car is a 96 civic. i dont have the original plug for the IAB since i didn't get a harness with the motor. i picked up another 2 wire plug, the same plug type for the vtec pressure switch.

I know one of the wires will run straight to my ecu at A26, but where does the other wire run to? i've read the other thread on OBD1 IAB, but i didn't want to post my question in there since it might get off topic from the creators post. can anyone help me out? thanks in advance

Ground. The OBD2 ecu's use a positive trigger signal.

you dont ground it, you run it to a switched 12 volt sorce. as far as which is which i couldnt tell you. i had to add that plug too if it doesnt close when you turn the car on then pull the little pins out and switch them real quick.

ok, with the denso label on the canister pointing towards the front bumber. the wire closest to the front goes to a 12+V switched wire. any yellow/black. i used one off the injectors. the other goes to the ecu. mine works so thats how i would go about it.
