Default OBD1 vs. OBD2 alternator plugs - which is which???

HELP! I need an OBD2 alternator for a 2000 GSR, and I'm not sure which plug style OBD2 is.

Is it the square or round style? My car isn't here, so I can't check. ANYONE???
