Default Obd 2 d16zc

Well I fried my third d16y8 this weekend. After finding bits of piston ring in my turbo I decided I'd like to try something a little different. What do you guys think of swapping a obd 0 DOHC zc into a 96 ex? I don't see why it wouldn't work using my manifolds and sensors with a obd2-> obd1 harness and obd1 Ls teg ecu. Im not sure about the crank angle sensors when dropping a obd0 into a obd1, ive never had any experance with that, any problems? Other than that i can't think of anything but i'm no good with swaps, just love boost, and i know a few turbod ZC's pulling like hell. Their deffinatly strong for a D-series block.

Yes it's my first post. But ive had my car 7 years and been coming to Honda tech for at least 2. So I'm very familiar with the serch button, just never needed to post anything till now. Honast answers please, and thanks for all my questions you've aleady answered.
