Need some help. GSR swap into a 2000 sedan. Auto to manual wiring??

I need a little bit of help. I'm in the process of swapping a GSR motor and manual transmission into a 2000 civic EX Sedan. The car is Auto but I am converting it to manual. The problem that I am faced with is this. I don't know if I can use my original wiring harness from the civic because it was an Auto. Do I have to have a manual civic EX or Si harness?

Any links to how to's or DIY's would be great. Thanks!
