Need some help with deciding on what swap to do.

I have a '91 Dx hatch. I has over 200,000mi and almost no rust. I need help with deciding whether to go B or D. Prices for "complete" (I mean complete as in nothing needed after it's in.) swaps into this chassis. Also, where should I get my engine from? I would prefer USDM because of emissions, but the price will be the determining point. I'm not worried about the B costing that much more than the D. I just want good prices so I can decide whether to spend the extra. I'm sure you can understand this.
