need opinion?
I have a type r (b18cR) I rebuild back to stock but I put skunk 2 pro 1 in with supertech spring ti retainers. I took it to my buddy shop to tune it but he said he don't have the stuff to tune a hondata s200 but he works on s300. Anyway we still put the car on the dyno and adjusted the exhaust cam on pump gas...I push out 190hp but if I tune it and it should be over 200hp...
I like my type r but I want a faster all motor car so the question is that, " Should I just kept the type R have fun or go K20 to hit 300hp."

Looks like you have an EG not an ITR...ask in the hybrid or all motor forum and wait to get flamed for asking the same that's been covered a million times.
If you want 300hp, you need to boost your b18c5 or do a k24 build, /thread.

Re: need opinion?
Uhhmmm, we don't particularly deal with jdm type R stuff. This forum is named Acura Integra Type R.
And yea, go to hybrid or all motor forums. This forum isn't strictly technical info. And you'll have a better time there because not many of us ITR owners swap out the b18c5 for any other engine
@above: how do you know he has an EG? And I think he has a jdm B18C*R and not a usdm c5.

Just take a look for other projects. Find out what is needed to reach 300 hp. ($/hp)
I can't find a newbie corner... So i there from Germany to honda-tech. I'm Philipp, 26 years and i own a 1987 Civic AG and for faster cornering a 1998 MR Integra R.
