Your vtech ignighter is burned out, go to acura and tell them you need a new vtech ignighter and you will be running great in no time

could also be the flux-capacitor... FYI VTEC not VTECH.
now seriously, Four things that could be causing your vtec not to engage. bad solenoid, bad vtec oil pressure sending unit, bad wiring, or not enough oil pressure. check these things, and Im sure you will find the problem
