im not really clear on what exactly your looking for, if you can get some pics of which hose it is i can help you better. for starters, look on your firewall right under the intake manifold. there should be 2 places where hoses go to. i believe the one closest to the battery goes from the firewall to the back of the block. i had a problem with that hose before. Re: need help!! cant get swap running (p r ! m o)
the hose is comming out from the fire wall and there is one comming from the block from beside the starter they both have no other place to go the one from the firewall is to short to reach to the block maybe if i used a plastic fitting but i still dont know if that is were they are sopposed to connect

Re: need help!! cant get swap running (SuperCivic)
Go to the nearest autoparts store and look in a shop manual it whould illistrate the whole system so you can see for yourself, ps- the one comming from the thermostat goes to the bottem of your radiator...from what I remember off hand, top of radiator to the head.

the lines you are talking about is the heater core coolant lines.
there is an input line (which is the hose you are talking about) where the valve on the firewall is (this is the valve that opens and closes when you adjust hot or cold on your dash).
you will probably have to get a hose connector and connect the hoses, or get a longer hose and connect it to the firewall.
there is also another one i hope you connected right.
