Need help b20a3

I think this is a 89 prelude motor, but i was wondering if it is able to be used with a dual cam vtec head please help need info.

not worth the time and wouldnt yeild much! the early lude engine is a bastard b engine!

so it is not able to accept a dual cam head then correct, but damn it's got a long stroke.
