need help with b-series build!
Ok, i work 2 jobs and do not have much time for internet searching, so please don't yell at me for asking this but here we go...
Ok i just picked up a B18B1 block with all the internals included but everything is dissassembled and it spun a bearing...I want to build a pretty powerful motor but want to go with everything honda oem(from like gsr, itr, etc) Should i get the whole block machined or what all machining do i have to do? should i go with some different pistons?? If i get different pictons do i need different rods or can i use the LS ones? Im planning on going ls/vtec, what head, intake,throttle body, transmission would be the best to go with? It will be my daily driver but weekend drag-car... And also can someone give me a link for what needs to be done for a ls-vtec, and what i need (like what head gasket, timing belt, studs, etc?
