i bought a ecu from a 01 type r but i got a 95 civic with a gsr swap i know it won't plug in but can i buy like a harness or something to make it work?

Yes you can probably buy a harness to plug the obd2 ecu into your car.
Unfortunately, its not as easy as just plugging in the ecu.
You will also have to covert your car over to obd2(all the emissions equipment, two o2 sensors, etc).
I've never done this, so I dont know the specifics, but I would imagine it would be quite a bit of work.
