When we tried starting the car...distributor cap flexed, but the distributor was bolt on tight...any suggestions???? Please HELP!!! Thanx in Adavance

did you put oil back in? (i know it sounds stupid but if your in a hurry...)
if the head is DRY check the oil level, is your oilpan dented? DONT crank it untill you can get oil to the head
also, it may take a few tries to get it to start
took mine 4.
ran like *** but it started ill never forget ther.

All oils are in...
would a dented oil pan affect anything? i didnt check but i will...
'Dont crank it until oil reached the head'???
How else is it goin to reach the head? crank it by hand?
Maybe cuz it hasnt been started in a really long time?
Also cant seem to find the clip to test for codes...
Thanx again for everyones help!

If it has oil.......
Did you check and see if distributor is in correctly. It is possible distributor can be installed with it 180 degrees off. I say check that. If guy you got motor from through it together to sell it it is possible it is installed incorrectly.
Good Luck,
Jayson S.

that came out wrong, i mean if your unsure oil is reaching the pump dont start it. check the other stuff. Yes a dented oil pan can cause this to happen (happened to me, vtec wouldnt start, low pressure) so just check it.
