Hmm, I had heard the Y8 was actually the best manifold for any D-series block. I'm sorry I haven t writen a DIY, ya see my car got impounded for quite awhile, those that think the B7 block is heinously slow may be right in comparison to a B-series I suppose, but it was quick enuff to get me in a lot of trouble. A note about the Y8 manifold...it is a bitch to install, it won't simply "bolt in" in the sense we all would love. Modification of where the manifold bolts in, some hoses, etc. need relocation or extension and such. I am currently trying to locate someone who is willing to try to install a edelbrock manifold to their B7. Id do it in a heartbeat except the court fines are currently walletspanking. 8====D (_o_) Damn the man. Has anyone tried this? I ll bet itd be 100% worth it.
