What oil pump are u going to use? I would recommend the type r cuz the price isn't that much different than stock b-series.

I have an identical setup as you minus the cams. One suggestion would be to ditch the 4-2-1 header. I had the same one and it was the bottle neck in my engine. I would go with a JDM 4-1. Trust me that 4-2-1 is really gonna hold you back from some good numbers.

Interesting.... I would really like to know what makes the ITR the best?

Part # 15100-P72-A01

This is the same part number for 1996-2001 Integra RS, LS, GS, GSR, Type R, 1999-2000 Civic SI, and 1997-2001 CRV.

Just make sure you get yourself a vtec oil pump.

Your also gonna want a new water pump (make sure to use the same belt as the water pump). Your going to want new head studs (GSR), new rod bolts (LS) and I would recommend the golden eagle lsvtec kit.

What intake manifold are you using? I had my throttle body bored out by http://www.maxbore.com also.

Just to give you a general idea. my old ls/vtec setup was ls block with b16 pistons and head. I also had skunk 2 im and type r cam. also had a pyr chip with dc 4-1 header. I made 174 to the wheel tune on v-afc. This was about 3 years ago so with a better header like the jdm 4-1 and tune with crome or hondata, etc you should make 190 or so. Of course this is just rough estimate.
