Danny is the man plain and simple. . .

I'll lend you my ericks header to test over the camp if you get it, and that will make you get something else right away

Another H/F series on the East coast is what I like about this build . . .

We'll have to show these k cars the deal this year at some events . . .

Really all depends on what you are doing... With the K20 and F23 having the same compression height it makes for a fairly simple swap. If you plan on running a high cr or high lift cams then a little more work is required with the pistons. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Looking at 10.5:1 compression and a bisi stg2 cam in my F23.

Its listed on his site as -

F-series, VTEC:
Level 2, regrind: 0.410/0.370 (230/230)

But my spec sheet says -

Lift .426 (IN) .350 (EX)
Duration 276(IN) 235(EX)

so you are only looking to achieve a ~10.5:1cr?

UPDATE: Spoke with Danny last night.... header is getting made!!

you should be ok... also really depends on which piston you use(dome height/relief depth) etc, etc.

the wiseco's usually have pretty nice valve reliefs from the get go... best bet is to clay the motor with your cam and see how the clearances turn out. you can always mod the pistons or add a thicker hg.

with the oem pistons they are offset on the pin bore. with the forged pistons their is no offset so you an reverse them in the bore. also the pistons is only going in two directions. up and down.
