Default Mount studs

I am doing a b18b swap in a 97 hatchback. I was wondering about the driverside mount under the cam sprockets. Once you get the civic one off how do you get the studs out to put on the 99si bracket? I have the old integra one and tried to get that off (just experimenting) and it seems imposible. Am I going to have trouble getting the civic studs out? Also just looked at both ecu's and it looks identical (the pins) and it looks like I can just plug it in. I have already splice the crankfluctuation wire and evaporative purge, and everything else seems to plug in on the engine side. Do I have to rewire anything on the computer side? Thanks for all the relys

The alternator clip on the civic harness is a 4pin plug, on the teg its a 3pin. What wire is not used on the civic harness.
