motor in now some problems......
i have a 96 civic cx and i put in a 95 b18c1... we converted it over to obd1 and i have the jumper... when i start it it starts right up... but when i go to give it gas it sputters even if i hold the throttle at one place if you guys could give me any idieas on what codes or sensors to check i would be appreciative...

im pulling codes 4,7,14
4 is cps
7 is tps
14 is iacb
you think they are wired wrong?? and i was told that i would always throw the cps code since i converted to obd1...in a obd2 car

Those are 3 major sensors that NEED to be wired correctly and working properly. It's hard to say where the problem is but I would check to make sure each sensor is connected properly then the next would be the jumper harness. The bog you are getting with the throttle is no doubt the work of the TPS and the other's don't help any. You were told wrong about the Crank Position Sensor. This should function properly whether you are using an OBD1 or OBD2 ECU in any chassis.
