Default cel code p0122&p0501

Have a 1996 hatchback with h2b i just put in, i have a code p0505 which is iacv system fault already checked all the wiring and traced them all back nothingis wrong. I have a code p0122 also which is tps circuit low or high input idk which because its obd1 and it just shows code 7 . It idles as tthough there is a vacuum leak but there is none, ive checked all the wiring on the tps and swapped it with a known good one and nothing. Could the angle of the throttle plate when closed cause the tps to get this cel. Ive also switched the ecu to make sure its not a bad ecu and its same codes. Does anyone have any insight pertaining to these codes

The only thing I'll ask you is if the TPS is calibrated. Other than that this belongs in the Hybrid forum.

Yeah i wasnt exactly sure which to put it in,but it has been moved now. Yes i calibrated the tps 4 time and tried 2 different tps sensors one new and one off a working gsr. The thing is though to bring the tps into spec with throttle closed it has to get turned all the way to the right which is why i was thinking maybe the throttle plate is out of adjustment and may that be causing this code because at idle which is2,000rpm it will never drop below this

Ok so i have fixed the tps cel and only have the iacv cel. Thing is i have a 3 wire iacv off the back of the h23 and it goes to jumper harness. So i looked up and people are saying on obd2 side take A12 and A14 and those go to pin A9 on the obd1 A plug which the jumper harness has done already. But in A14 on the obd2 plug there is no wire its blank Then A13 on tthe obd2 side is supposed to go to A23 on obd1 side which is power ground.Thing is on the jumper there is no pin for the A13to A23 so i manually jumped to ground and started the car and still get the code. Also checked the iacv for proper resistance and the blk/blu A12 has 18.5kΩ but the orange A13 has 3.5kΩ hooked to power ground. Has anyone dealt with this previously that has been able to solve it.

So as a follow up i found out on the h23 euro r manifold it has a 3 wire iacv but in obd1 you have to run a 2 wire iacv. So they sell an adapter to run the 2 wire iacv that mounts in place of the 3 iacv. And it then excepts any h22,h23,f22 usdm iacv with 2 wires and the cel is gone
