Default Which motor to get?

Ok guys I'm debating on getting a new motor for my car since my ride got jacked and its missing the motor and tranny are gone.I have an option of getting a JDM H22 motor.Heres what the motor has

JE 11.5 comp pistons
Eagle H beam rods
Polished &lightened crank
Port &polish head
Type S cam shaft & gears
DC headers
ACT clutch
Non Lsd tranny
Ecu
You get the point

Now my other option is gping B20 vtec and building it from the ground up.My main purpose is 1/4 and daily driver. Also I forgot to mention that the H22 is selling for $2000.It may sound weird but I need opinions people, help me decide.

$2000 for the H22 is a pretty good deal. The machine work and the internals on that thing are worth that much.
For $2000....you really can't do that with the B20-Vtec.
The B20-Vtec option is good thoug, cause you get to build it to your liking.
It's up to you.
I would go for the H22 IMO. They have great top end on the highway. hehe.
