hello fellow honda owners. I need some help.Maybe you guys had experienced the same problems im having... I've done some research on the web and yet to resolved this problem.

98 civic cx hatch. ob2a y7 block with z6 head and manifold. running on 92-95 ex p28 ecu. 3 to 2 wire IACV conversion. ob2a to obd1 10 wire dizzy conversion. obd 1 injectors.. new sparkplugs and wire. new dizzy... obd2a jump harness to obd1... double check my timing mark like 4 times.dizzy is new, had vacuum leak its all fixed now.. swapped map sensor and tps sensors. My problem is when you open the throttle wide open. it bogs and stall out. I cant for the hell of me and a few other friends figure it out.. sparkplugs are all black as if the car is running very very rich... unplugged o2 sensor did not change..anyone else have inputs.. timing is good.. everything looks good on our end.. AM i overlooking something here?
