lsvtec problems
i had a 1990 b18a with a b16a head on it. it has the lsvtec conversion kit, and what i think is a p72 hondata ecu. car is also turboed, but missing t he upper charge pipe and blow off valve(someone stole it). Anyway, i was wondering if anyone knows of some typical problems that these lsvtec swaps have? right now it is only cranking, and not starting. I just finished putting on a new ls timing belt because it matched the old b18a pump. the timing is correct i think, the distributor is at bottom left at tdc and the cam gears align perfectly at tdc. the firing order is 1,3,4,2 right? starting from bottom left and going clockwise? just curious as to why i have never got this car to start. any help would be much appreciated as this is going on a year and a half now.
