Default LSVTEC Guru's

I have a 94 Civic Cx hatch. My set up is as follows
LS VTEC
GSR Head
STR Intake Manifold
GSR Injectors
GSR Fuel Pump
LS Bottom End
ARP Head Studs
ARP Rod Studs
ARP Main Studs
PR4 Rods
P30 pistons
B16 Water and Oil Pump
JDM B16 ECU

My Problem is when I go to about 3.5 to 4 k, the car wants to break up, and stumble on its face, it doesnt want to make any more power. If i keep it below 3.5 to 4k then it runs fine, it just doenst want to make power after that....

What I have done so far.....
Changed plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, Tried a new distributor, changed TPS Sensor, different ECU

If you have any ideas or suggestions, please dont be afraid to post... Anything will help right now...

Thanks Alot...

EDIT: The only code i am throwing is the knock sensor code.... I am fixing to get a new ecu, so i wont throw that, but I was under the assumption that it wouldn't cause any problems...

try another ecu, sounds like you are going into limp mode, on cars that have cels and they are on you have a problem

get rid of that cel and it may fix your problem
