My best guess is that somethings wrong with the fuel pressure setup... when i fist started my engine, my fuel pressure was WAY low.. so it kinda did what your saying...it kinda wanted to start but just wouldn't , or I could get it to start running but then it would wanna kill.

When i installed a FPR it ran ten times better, but i didn't have a guage like you to see what i was running , i just did it by a trial and error thing. I would increase the pressure and see if there was a difference. Untill I got too high and then my car wouldn't start at all.

It wouldn't start untill i lowered my pressure. So i mean you've got compression, your got spark , youve got fuel ( maybe you should dump a little bit more in the tank, i don't know ) and your getting AIR flow in there right? Or it somehow the engine suffocating?

Looks like you've got everything......Youve got an ecu pluged in right?

I dont'know , check over fuel and airflow.. that's all i can suggest.

your car could have overheated because of unproperly bleeding of the cooling system. check that first. if your headgasget is leaking, check to see if there is oil in your coolant.
