Default ls/vtec swap how to's

Quick and simple does anyone know of any books or manuals telling me the ins and outs of how to do the LS/VTEC swap. I heard of that book by Corky Bell but have yet to feast my eyes upon it. I just brought a 99 Si head and am soon to get the LS bottom i wanna know everything there is.
