Default LS/VTEC recipe

Anybody know where I can get some information on building an LS/VTEC? I've got a B18C5 head that I want to put on a LS block.

Thanks, I'll take a look at the all motor forum. This is going to be a daily driver. Not full race, not even much street racing if any. A friend of mine is doing it for a friend. Basically we just want to get the car up and running and of course reliable.
