Default Ls vtec gasket question

Does n e body know what thickness gasket i should use for the head and if SCE Copper Gasket is good or not? Thanx

depends on application, you can use two layer for higher compression and get the head decked or the three layer oem will lower the compression a little helping out if you wanna boost.
