LS/Vtec Fuel Injector ?

LS/Vtec Fuel Injector ?
Someone was trying to tell me in an LS/Vtec you can use D series injectors in an AEM fuel rail, as long as they are the same OBD as the ECU you are using. I think he is full of ****. I do know LS injectors are the same, but i don't think D series are... Does anyone know for sure?
