LS/VTEC DC - Header is 1'' too Short??

LS/VTEC DC - Header is 1'' too Short??
I just recently installed a Header which I bought from ebay, JDM Pitstop. When I bolted it up, I noticed it is about 1'' too short from the cat. I'ts not that big of a deal except its Sunday and no muffler shops are open in my area on Sundays but I was wondeirng, I bought the Header for a 94-01 DC and my car iS LS/VTEC. Is it not long enough because of the B16 VTEC head? I am gonna go and have a test pipe made from my local muffler shop.
Maybe someone knows of a Company that makes a test pipe thats is specifically for this application?

Update: I went to my buddies muffler shop and we got it to squeeze together, guess everything is just much easier when on a lift as compared to being under a little jack in a driveway...
