ls/vtec clearance issues?

ok i am planning on building up an ls/vtec to put in my 90 crx si. i currently have a b16 in it so is the ls/vtec going to be lower to the ground or sit higher. or is there anything i need to look out for?

it should sit exactly the same with a little less ground clearance. The block is about 7mm taller.
