ls/vtec in 97 hatch wire issues

i have built ls/vtec in my hatch. i have a 99-00 si harness and would like to know what i will have to do to make it work. for a ecu im using a aem ems for the si.

it's a b18a1 block with 96 gsr head and edelbrock intake and throttle body.
