Ls swapped into ej, having tranny/clutch troubble

Ls swapped into ej, having tranny/clutch troubble
I Put an ls(b18b) into my 95 civic coupe lastnight, started up great. The problem is when the clutch pedal is touching the floor when i shift her from neutral into gear she does not want to be let it 
, yet if release the clutch not about 1/2 inch she go in like butta. The tranny is a gsr which i doubt is the problem, the pressure plate is stock and the flywheel has just been resurfaced, the clutch itself is a non sprung act 6puck no clue if this has anything to do with it, also the throughout bearing is used that could be it too, I think, let me know your imput and if you have had this problem, I just dont want to spend money on replaceing the wrong thing, thanks again Jason
