Default LS motor in a GSR body....

My older brother just bought a used 2-dr Integra ('96) GSR that currently has an LS motor in it. It is currently throwing a CEL (I haven't checked it yet). Is there a quick solution I can do to resolve this? Everything seems to work fine. BTW, there is a grey 3-wire plug that is not being plugged up in the engine bay (passenger side shock tower). Anyone???

no its the plug under the dash, near the glove box, plug a paper clip in there and count the flashes thrown by the cel

fast flashes: 1,2,3,4,5 etc....
slow flashes; 10, 20, 30 etc

my guess it has the p72 ecu and its looking for vtec solenoid and pressure sensor
