Default LS harness in 91 DX??

Ok, I've done a search but didn't find info regarding this particular question. I have an uncut OBD-0 harness out of a G2 integra that I plan to use with my B18B EF swap. I've read that I'll need to do a DPFI to MPFI conversion, but that appears to be only if I'm using the stock DX harness. If I'm using the LS wiring harness do I still need to worry about the DPFI to MPFI conversion? If this has been covered, please post a link so I can access it, thanks in advance.

Use the DX harness and modify it for MPFI. Using the Integra harness will only cause you more headaches.

I just want to understand this more clearly so forgive me if come off stubborn or rude. You said the LS harness would not work in the EF. I would expect everything on the engine/tranny/etc to wire up without a major problem. The only problem I could forsee is maybe a problem with the harness going through the firewall or the pins in the firewall not matching up. Is that the major concern?

They are wired differently. You will have better luck keeping your DX harness that plugs into the harnesses in the engine compartment. Just do an MPFI conversion. There are a million write-ups out there.

Ok, thanks for your help. Since I just purchased a shell w/ virtually nothing in the engine bay, would i be better off getting an Si harness?

I just did this swap. Trust me when I say this, use the DX harness. Go here: http://effinmotorworks.com/Effin_MPFI_swap.htm The go here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1194808. Those were the 2 best sources of info I found for this swap. Also, depending on what mouts you get you might have to juggle one of the cast iron mounts on the block with another car. I would go ahead and just get the hasport mounts and shift linkage just to save time and headache if I didn't already have old hcp ef18 mounts included with my shell
