Default Leaning out...

My Air/fuel ratio gauge shows that I am leaning out really bad. At idle and up to 25% throttle it stays in under the lean. 50% and higher it will go to stoich and rich. Before the B18C swap, with the SOHC it would go back and forth like it is supposed to do when it idles. And it would function correctly at any amount of throttle. I also have a V-AFC. I have never messed with it except for the VTEC engagement points. Would tuning with it change my air/fuel ratio? What would be an appropriate setting? I have appearantly lost my V-AFC manual. Also, would bigger injectors help out? Thanks.
